RvB: Respectable Soldier

Another Red versus Blue moment. I've been trying to find more time to work on these but life has this annoying habit of getting in the way. Anyway here's Grif again with my version of Sarge. I know some people draw Sarge with stubble or a beard but I think with his strict military minded personality he would be clean shaven.
